Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Customer should notify info@RicozyBeauty.com or phone 619-813-9612 for cancellation or change of appointment. Product Refund Policy: Please bring your proof of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. The product must clearly be sealed or unopened, in a sellable condition, and returned as sold in its original, undamaged packaging within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns for purchases will be refunded to the original form of payment (credit card, cash, or Store Credit).
